"Booze, weed and all that jazz" was supposed to be the full title but oh well...
Inspector Holmes de Hond has tracked a crapload of weed (marihuana) all the way from Groot Waterland to Hoagy's Alley, Manhattan. Together with the help of officer Charles Dibble they found the culprits in the Plaza Hotel in the form of a band of streetcats led by the infamous Top Cat.
Yay, Top Cat
(or Boss Cat as it was known a while in the UK). From left to right: Fancy Fancy, the Brain, Top Cat, Spook, Bennie the Ball, Choo Choo, Officer Dibble and Holmes the Dog. Everyone came from the Top Cat series with the exception of Holmes who came from Alfred J Kwak.
I love how this ended up and the marihuna idea only came from when I needed another police officer and the only character i could think of was Holmes (and since his home country was based on Holland... yeah you do the math)
