Yay, this is Chounin. My new character on Endless Rain. He's a merchant and will try to sell you anything he has. Depending on the situation he's either your friend or your enemy and if it's for money, he'll betray probably anyone! He's just out to make a lot of cash 
Kay... now about the design itself. I drew him in Full Metal Alchemist style cause that style just rules and it's cool for people like this. I don't like his clothing tho... it's way too simple >__> but it's just for the general idea... So I hope you guys like it.
